WavSampler is an easy-to-use player for your .WAV files. It displays valuable statistics, such as a percent-done status bar and a time remaining indicator. It is designed to be used with the Windows Sound System and includes buttons to start the WinSS Audio control applet. You can still use WavSampler without having WinSS on your system, but you will not have the Audio Control functionality.
A simple click on a file in the file name window will start playing that file. The purpose of this application is to provide an easy way to not only sample the .WAV files on your system, but to get a visual representation of how long the file will play and the percentage of the file yet to play.
This is shareware. A five minute timer will close this program automatically.
NOTE - This file requires VBRUN300.DLL (Visual Basic Runtime). To find it, type VBRUN on the search form that comes up when you click the Software Search icon on the main menu of the Windows Forum. This program will NOT work with VBRUN100.DLL or VBRUN200.DLL.
